Enter your full business name as shown in your CP-575 aka EIN certificate form (see the image above). Your full business name must look exactly the same as on the form including commas, upper and lower case letters. *

Upload a list of past customers and prospects. File must be in a .csv or .xls format. This info is for the Google review campaign.

Upload a Google Drive / iCloud / Dropbox link with photos and videos of all your work. Make sure you enable viewership permissions so that we could use your photos for ads and funnels. *

Upload your 15 second voice mail. This is in case you won't be able to pick up the call when a customer calls the Land The Lead number.

Upload as many logo variations as you can. Preferably .PNG format. *
